Returns & Refunds

At Blooming Proper, every wreath and floral piece is carefully handcrafted to bring a proper blooming welcome to your door. If something isn’t quite right, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns

If you would like to return your item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

Damaged Items

We take great care when packaging our wreaths, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our items are handmade and sometimes made to order, we may not be able to accept returns on custom or personalised pieces unless they arrive damaged.
